We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings or lighting. All swimwear products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed mainly in [AED] and may include applicable VAT, depending on your location.
By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.

4. Order Processing and Delivery

Due to the hygienic nature of swimwear, we do not offer exchanges/ returns. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g. a defective or incorrect item), you may contact us within 5 days of receiving your item, and we will assess the situation to find a suitable solution.

To be eligible for a resolution, the item must be:

Unworn and unwashed
With all original tags and hygiene liners intact
In its original packaging

Resolutions that do not meet these conditions may be refused. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Disclaimer
Spero LLC FZ is not responsible for changes in product quality resulting from improper care or disregard of the care instructions (please see separate section “Swimwear Care Instructions”). Fading, damage, or loss of shape caused by harsh chemicals, salt, or excessive friction will not be considered a manufacturing defect.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Spero LLC FZ and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products purchased.
